Welcome to Kaicare.ai (“we,” “our,” or “Kaicare”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile communication tools, and services, including secure messaging, phone support, and virtual care visits provided through our care coordination platform (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Kaicare.ai is a care coordination platform that works in partnership with your healthcare provider to support your ongoing health through the Chronic Care Management (CCM) program. We serve as an extension of your clinic’s care team, providing non-urgent support between visits through secure messaging, phone calls, and, when applicable, virtual care visits (tele visits) with licensed medical professionals.
2. Eligibility and Participation
You must be:
- A patient enrolled in a participating healthcare provider’s Chronic Care Management program, and
- At least 18 years old (or have consent from a parent or legal guardian), and
Enrollment in CCM and use of Kaicare services is voluntary and may be discontinued at any time.
3. Nature of the Services
Kaicare provides services that may include:
- Monthly check-in calls from care coordinators or licensed healthcare professionals
- Tele visits using secure platforms with licensed nurses, care managers, or medical providers
- Medication and care plan reminders
- Appointment notifications and follow-ups
- Health education messages and resources
- Secure SMS communication
These services are provided under the supervision of your primary care provider and are meant to supplement—not replace—your regular clinical care.
4. SMS and Phone Communication
By enrolling in Kaicare-supported CCM services, you consent to receive non-urgent health-related text messages and/or phone calls from our care team.
Text Message Terms:
- Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to a text message.
- Help: Reply HELP for support.
Call Terms:
- Phone calls may come from care team members or licensed professionals.
- You will never be billed for calls not covered by your CCM enrollment unless explicitly stated.
5. Telehealth/Tele visit Services
If eligible, you may participate in virtual visits (tele visits) with licensed medical professionals through Kaicare’s secure systems. These visits are:
- Intended for non-emergency medical support
- Conducted using HIPAA-compliant video or phone systems
- Coordinated in partnership with your primary care provider
All clinical advice or prescriptions issued during a televisit are provided by a licensed medical professional authorized in your state.
6. Not for Emergency Use
Kaicare is not an emergency service.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Our services are intended to support chronic condition management, not acute or life-threatening situations.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. All data collected through Kaicare is stored and handled in accordance with:
- The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Our own Privacy Policy
- Our agreements with your healthcare provider
We do not sell your personal health information.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for personal, lawful healthcare-related purposes
- Refrain from impersonating others or providing false health information
- Not interfere with or abuse our systems or staff
Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of service access.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Kaicare.ai, including logos, text, design elements, and software, is owned or licensed by Kaicare and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Kaicare may provide links to other healthcare platforms, educational tools, or appointment booking systems. These third-party tools are offered for convenience, and Kaicare is not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Changes to Terms
Kaicare may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, regulations, or operations. We will post updates on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the changes.
